Male: The tdTomato reporter was expressed in the lung, salivary gland, and testicular interstitium.  Sporadic expression was also detected in the brain, spinal cord, spleen, and prostate, but no expression was observed in the kidney. 

Female: In female mice, tdTomato expression was found in the lung and salivary gland, with sporadic expression in the brain, spinal cord, and spleen.  No expression was detected in the kidney, ovary, oviduct, or vagina.
