Fig.1 Detection of human APLN expression in heart and lung homogenate of WT C57BL/6 mice and HO hAPLN mice by ELISA. Lysates of heart and lung tissues were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (n=2 male or 2 female, 10 or 13 weeks old) and HO hAPLN mice (n=2 male or 2 female, 13 weeks old), and analyzed by ELISA with anti-hAPLN ELISA kit. APLN was detectable in heart and lung homogenate from both WT C57BL/6 and HO hAPLN mice, as the ELISA kit was cross-reactived between human and mouse APLN protein.
