利用同源重组，将大鼠Glp1r基因进行人源化修饰。

Fig.1 Detection of GLP1R expression in lung by RT-PCR. Rat Glp1r mRNA (214 bp) was detectable only in wild-type SD rat. Human GLP1R mRNA (329 bp) was detectable only in homozygous hGLP1R(SD,2) knockin rat but not in wild-type rat. Lung RNA was extracted from 6-week-old female wild-type SD rats (n=3) and homozygous hGLP1R(SD,2) knock-in rats (HO) (n=3), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mRNA primers.
